Yummy Slamming Chat or the Yum Slam Chat Ssams

An extremely hot and spicy concoction using the Yummy Ready to Eat noodles.


Prep time: 20 minutes

Feeds: 6 people


  

Ingredients: 

1. Two packets of Yummy RTE noodles

2. Half cup Bengal gram

3. Half-cup bean sprouts

4. Half or one ghost chili, diced

5. Half a cup of boiled potatoes, diced

6. 2/3rdcup of veggies like cucumber, tomatoes

7. Two sprigs of coriander

8. Virgin olive oil or sesame oil

9. Perilla leaves or mint leaves

10.  Two tbs Lemon juice

11.  Salt to taste

12.  Dash of pepper

13.  A few licks of honey


Open the noodle packets and take out the crushed noodles, the flavoured oil and spice mix. Add in the other ingredients and mix well, and serve them on raw cabbage leaves or boiled ones. A bit of the oil can be splashed onto the finished bite. 



Yummy Noodles Curry

  

Want to have noodles but also rice or chappatis? Then do like the East Asians and try eating both with this noodle curry. 


Feeds – 4-6 people

Preparation – 45 minutes

Ingredients –

Onion – half cup diced, 

Ginger Garlic paste – 1 teaspoon

Tomatoes – 2 diced

Chicken/paneer – 1 cup cubed

Black pepper powder

Yummy Instant Noodles – 2 packets

Boiled eggs – 4


Instruction:


Heat up some oil in a pan. Add the onions and ginger garlic paste and sautee them. Add the tomato chunks and sautee some more. Add the chicken/paneer cubes, add in Yummy Instant Noodels spice packets and black pepper powder. Let everything stew for 4 minutes, slowly turning the chicken/paneer. Add a mug of hot water and let that simmer. Par boil your noodles for two minutes and then drain them. Add them and the boiled eegs to the done curry and you have a scrumptious noodles curry perfect on your rice or with your chappatis.

Yummy Noodle Chops

  

Want to eat the one of the best tasting finger foods out there? Then you should definitely try the Yummy Noodle Chop.


Preparation time – 20-25 minutes

Feeds – 3-4


Ingredients : 

1. Yummy Instant Noodles – 2

2. Boiled Potatoes – 1 big/2 small. 

3. Eggs - 2

4. Onion – 1 tablespoon diced

5. Ginger garlic paste – 1 teaspoon

6. Chilli powder – a pinch

7. Amchur powder – a pinch

8. Salt – to taste


Instructions-

Boil 2 Yummy Instant Noodles and then drain the water. Mash the potato add in the boiled noodles and the rest of the ingredient. Add in the beaten eggs and mix everything together. Add in the Yummy Instant Noodles spice packets last. Make flattened balls out of them and then deep fry them for a luscious mouthful of flavor. Serve with ketchup or mayo. 

Yummy Rice Paper Noodle Roll

  

Have some leftover noodles? Want something more filling? You can easily turn your leftover noodles into rice paper rolls and try a refreshing new taste at the same time.


Prep time: 15 minutes

Feeds: 1-2


Ingredients

1. Leftover noodles

2. 5 rice papers

3. Sesame oil

4. Cucumber slices

5. Onion slices

6. Chili slices

7. Coriander/mint

8. 2 scrambled eggs

9. Tomato slices


Wet the rice papers and place on a clean towel. Lay some of the leftover noodles in the middle of the rice paper. Add in the other ingredients as desired. Soy sauce can be added as well. Bundle up the rice paper into rolls. Rub sesame oil onto the roll. Yummy rice paper noodle rolls are ready to eat. If you would like something more crispy, just shallow fry them and you are done. 

Yummy Spice Chutney

  

Have a few Yummy Noodles spice packs leftover from the huge batch you made? Like to eat your noodles a little less seasoned and now have a bottle of the leftover spice? Looking to not waste the spice? You can try making the mind-blowingly delicious Yummy sauce with it, which can be used to make a dipping sauce for steamed veggies, for unsalted French fries, and for a base for your sandwich or your burger. 


Prep time: 5 minutes

Feeds: As far as the sauced stretches


Ingredients: 

1. 10 Yummy spice packets

2. 1 tbs Unsalted stock

3. 2 tbs hot water

4. 2 tbs Chili oil

5. Coriander

6. Mint

7. Ginger, thinly julienned

8. Onion, minutely diced

9. 1 garlic clove, smashed

10. Splash of Vinegar or lemon juice

11. 2 tbs of low fat mayo


Mix in all the ingredients slowly one by one, using the ginger last to garnish the sauce. Plate out with steamed vegetables or cucumbers and the like. Eat with relish.

Yummy Fried Noodle cubes

Prep time: 15 minutes

Feeds- 1-2


Ingredients: 

1. Leftover noodles – half a bowl

2. Flour for dusting

3. Eggs – 2

4. Breadcrumbs – half cup

5. Cheese cubes – 2

6. Oil to fry


Cooking: Refrigerate the leftover noodles and then cut them into cubes. Dice the cheese cubes into smaller cubes and place inside the noodle cubes. Dust them with seasoned flour and then give them a beaten egg bath. Last, coat the cubes in the breadcrumbs and then deep fry them. Your tasty fried noodles cubes are ready. Use julienned onions and coriander to garnish. Eat with a spicy sauce. 

Yummy Noodle Samosa

 

Potato samosas are the perfect evening snacks but can get a bit boring over time. So try to make these noodles samosas to have something similar but different enough to give your taste buds a run for their money.


Feeds – 3-4

Prep time -30-45 minutes


Ingredients :

Yummy noodle packets - 2

Maida - 2 cups

Flour - 1 cup 

Oil - 1 tbsp

Salt to taste


Instruction – Mix the ingredients for samosa and knead the dough well. Tear out balls off the dough, and flatten them. Cut them in half and put one tablespoon of cooked room-temperature noodles inside. Press the sides with fork tines, deep fry them, and serve with spicy coriander chutney. This will be one samosa you will never get tired of eating.
